Chocolate Goat Milk

Adam fancies the chocolate goat milk that he got hooked up with from the Austin Farmer's Market. Said it's very tasty and John added that it would probably be a good thing.

Double Down

Adam noticed the "double down" meme is becoming more and more prevalent and read off a bunch of news bites where companies "double down" on a specific strategy etc. There was some confusion as to whether it was Burger King or KFC that had a Double Down sandwich coming out.

The Oryx Looked Tasty!

After the topic of Oryxs and other exotic game being hunted on special hunting ranches in Texas, Adam asked his favorite meat guy at the Austin Farmer's market if he could procure some.

Syrian Food Shopping!

While Adam was plotting a trip to Syria (NA #418). John encouraged him to pick up some spices while he was there. He recommended the plentiful saffron along with some cheap caviar which is available in large tins.

Ridge Vineyards

During NA 409, Dvorak mentioned that Ridge Vineyards used Argon instead of Nitrogen to displace the oxygen in its wine bottles.

Hominy Grits

During NA 408, Dvorak described Hominy Grits as a breakfast starch that everyone in the south eats. He share that he even cooks grits occasionally.

Crawfish Boil

Adam just took Micky out to her first crawfish boil! Adam declared them as Outstanding! Afterwards, Adam reported, "it's like a mini lobster!" Dvorak compared crawfish to a bug.

Samba99 Cupuacu Anti-Oxidant Bar

After receiving some food samples from a producer. Dvorak started to discuss the subculture that makes special vegan snacks.

Griller’s Rub

John talked up Griller's Rub after one of the company's employees requested some Good Karma before he went off to pitch Costco to carry their product. Dvorak praised this product as most steak seasonings were "crap".

Adam went to the Austin Farmer's Market and was chatting with a French seller who was selling ducks and chickens. Adam ended up getting a duck and prepared it with baslamic vinegar and fig preserves. Adam said he was also selling heirloom Blue Foot chickens and wondered...

Tim’s Cascade Potato Chips

An Outstanding potato chip! Near the end of NA 386, John Dvorak crunched  on some Tim’s Cascade Potato Chips. He opined that you can’t find a crunchier chip.

Outstanding Product!

During NA #372 Adam chimed in with his own Outstanding Product proclamation. Adam was ecstatic about his crunchy Ottmer Family Butter pickles he picked up at an Austin farmer's market.

Nash’s Carrots

"Outstanding product" declared John C. Dvorak while he was describing the crisp, tasty carrots available at Port Angeles's Nash's Produce.

Stroopwafel!

Adam's been munching on these tasty Dutch, mini waffle cookies. Consisting of two, thin mini waffle layers sandwiching either a caramel or molasses-like spread.

Anchor Humming Ale

During NA 227, Dvorak mentioned his son is a beer geek and discovered this delicious, seasonal beer from Anchor called "Hummer".
