Tip of the Day: Safe Sugar Substitute Allulose

At first John Dvorak described this a screwball product, but Allulose appears to be a safe sugar substitute that doesn’t affect glucose levels. Dvorak swears it tastes exactly like sugar. Dvorak researched this product and described Allulose as a rare sugar that can be found in raisins and figs.
At NoAgendaFun.com we eat high-protein, low-carb and we use this product if we need a little sweetener. Outstanding product!
From the NIH:
Allulose (d-psicose) isĀ a rare natural sugar found naturally in small quantities in certain fruits. Allulose offers the sweetness of fructose yet is metabolically distinct; it is the C-3 epimer of fructose that, unlike fructose, has no effect on glucose or insulin.
