1. Thank you Adam and John for your great NA podcast.

   Adam- I have a tip for your “sin bin” caravan. My retired folks have a motorhome/campervan (you call them RV’s I think) and now spend 3mths each year travelling around Australia as “grey nomads”

   My folks found a way to stop crockery, ESP coffee mugs from shaking around as they drove.

   Using a clean, empty dog food can heated up on the gas stove, they cut coffee cup sized holes in a 2-3cm thick sheet of expanded polystyrene foam.

   The sheet fits perfectly in the van’s cupboard and prevents the cups from shaking about or falling out as they drive around..
