Beard Meats Food is exactly what it sounds like: a guy attempting absurd food challenges — think 4-pound burgers speared together with a sword, giant steaks, the works — and somehow finishing dessert afterward. He’s not a huge guy, which makes it more impressive, and the channel’s charm is really just how likable he is while doing something your stomach would never forgive. It’s mindless in the best way, and a lot more entertaining than whatever’s on basic cable. Good background watching if you want something upbeat and a little ridiculous.
