The Leftovers

Dvorak seems confused or unsure of the title of his TV recommendation,  “The Unborn , The Returns, The Returners, originally a French things call the Revenants. It’s a zombie style story without zombies!”

We think he’s trying to describe HBO’s The Leftovers.

From a New York Times review:

The story is adapted from a novel of the same title by one of the show’s creators, Tom Perrotta (“Little Children”), and, at its essence, it’s a reversal of “Les Revenants” and “Resurrection,” two series, one French, the other on ABC, about dead people who return to their families without explanation.
