During NA 422 Adam emphatically recommended the documentary Catastroika which is about the sell-off of Greek public assets so they could  pay off their enormous debts.

During NA 421 Dvorak brought up a soundbite to inspire Indian donors featuring the beautiful Indian actress Priyanka Chopra.

Global Hawk: Endless Possibilities

Dvorak reported during NA 420, that a show Producer sent him info on Grumman's new comic book entitled Global Hawk: Endless Possiblities. Dvorak says the comic book tells a story about a douchebag looking dad with his kids at an air show.

Los Angeles Metro

On Adam and Micky’s recent visit to Los Angeles, they got around via the Los Angeles Metro. Adam was impressed the Metro as they travelled between Santa Monica, Koreatown and N. Hollywood.

Chocolate Goat Milk

Adam fancies the chocolate goat milk that he got hooked up with from the Austin Farmer's Market. Said it's very tasty and John added that it would probably be a good thing.

The Gate

During NA 422, Adam brought up the sci-fi film short The Gate. The film looks at the possibility of humans redundant genome becoming re-activated. You can watch the short here.

Double Down

Adam noticed the "double down" meme is becoming more and more prevalent and read off a bunch of news bites where companies "double down" on a specific strategy etc. There was some confusion as to whether it was Burger King or KFC that had a Double Down sandwich coming out.

Call To Duty: Black Ops 2

Super lifelike video game that features a story of unmanned vehicles and robots taking control! This game seems to use Adam’s thesis of a computer virus that makes a drone go haywire!

Phantom Eye Drone

Phantom Eye is a liquid hydrogen powered, pilotless drone that can cruise at 65,000 ft and stay aloft for over four days!

The Oryx Looked Tasty!

After the topic of Oryxs and other exotic game being hunted on special hunting ranches in Texas, Adam asked his favorite meat guy at the Austin Farmer's market if he could procure some.

Syrian Food Shopping!

While Adam was plotting a trip to Syria (NA #418). John encouraged him to pick up some spices while he was there. He recommended the plentiful saffron along with some cheap caviar which is available in large tins.

Hot Pockets 2009 Update

During NA 414, Adam gave out some Hot Pockets 2009 Updates! The tour should begins the last week of July with a kickoff party in Austin, Texas then proceed north, through the rockies to Montana. The plan then is to head up to Canada then back down.

Tim Horton’s

During donation period of NA 413, a producer from Ontario Canada gave a shout-out from Gitmo Tim Horton's. Dvorak described them as a Canadian burger chain that makes "very good" burgers and they give you lots of condiments to put on your burger.

The Amateur

During NA 413's discussion about Obama, drones and the "capture/kill mission" of Osama Bin Laden - Valerie Jarrett came up and the new book about her called Amateur...

The Net: The Unabomber, LSD and the Internet

The Net is a German documentary about Ted Kaczynski, better known as the Unabomber. Adam said it was recommended he watch it then he was compelled to read Kazinsky's infamous manifesto.

Ridge Vineyards

During NA 409, Dvorak mentioned that Ridge Vineyards used Argon instead of Nitrogen to displace the oxygen in its wine bottles.
