During NA 474 a show Producer sent John some small batch No Agenda Moonshine. John compared it to Everclear, a 180 proof distilled spirit.

Dvorak mentioned this funny but “juvenile” film from 2008 during NA 473. Starring the actor/comedian, Zack Galifianakis (The Hangover). It’s takes place in the future where corporations have taken over the place and people salute each other by flipping the finger.

Noodles

Noodles is a the restaurant mentioned in the now-famous “Noodles” clip, where a millennial guy complains that the restaurant is run like a dictatorship.    

Drugs Inc.

Dvorak brought up a new TV show, Drugs Inc. that features illegal drugs. Dvorak describes it as a quasi documentary/reality show where you can learn about the latest drugs.

We Need to Talk About Kevin

In NA 471, Adam played a BBC interview with Lionel Shriver the author of We Need to Talk About Kevin.

End of Marvelous

In NA 467, Adam read a donation message from Andrew Jones which announced his new “trashy epic novel using memes to unite instead of divide us and as much NLP that a novice can muster” called the End of Marvelous.

Thinking Mom’s Revolution

During NA 467’s producer donation segment, a producer thanked Adam for the Karma and now his wife’s book, Thinking Mom’s Revolution was picked up and will be published next year. Look out for it!

Cruise “Shits” Controversy!

Maker’s Mark

A producer asked John C. Dvorak for a recommendation of a quality American Bourbon. John first recommended Maker's Mark as a "very good product" for something that is easily available. Then up-rec'd to Van Winkle bourbon. John further scoffed at Adam's suggestion of Jack Daniels.

Near the end of NA 463, Adam brought up the recent controversy involving Elmo puppeteer, Kevin Clash.

Thanksgiving Wine Tips

During the donation announcements, a producer asked John for thanksgiving dinner wine tips. John recommended a Beaujolais Villages from Jadot - a 2010-11 vintage is currently being sold at Costco or at wine.com. "Beaujolais goes perfect with turkey!" California Chardonnay also works great too.

War Is a Racket

During NA 462, John Dvorak mentioned Smedley Butler and his book, War Is a Racket. John didn't quite get the title right, instead calling it War is Bunk, then Adam started coming up with humorous variations like War is Bogative...
