Moonshine
During NA 447 Adam and John were debating whether NASCAR originated from bootleggers in the American South. Adam predicted that moonshine (homemade liquor) will be the new tequila (one for the Red Book!). To support his theory he reported that when he was at LA’s Mondrian Hotel, they served margaritas in jars.

have you ever sampled portuguese ‘diesel’?
i googled it and urban dictionary says it’s
a high octane red wine. i grew up in a town
with a large portuguese population and got
some from coworkers a few times at my old
job. but it wasn’t red wine, it was a type
of clear grain alcohol. let’s just say it’s
a sipper, not meant for rapid consumption.
