The No Agenda Instagram account just crossed 5,000 followers, and JCD made good on his promise: a photo of his office podcasting setup, untouched, in all its glory. It does not disappoint.
Highlights: a boom-arm mic swung over the desk, a red audio interface, a tangle of cables that could power a small town, a couple of coffee mugs, and a gong on a stand, because of course, John believed in creating a Theater of the Mind. Is that a pineapple on the pillow? Overhead, wooden shelves are stacked with books, papers, a wooden crate and assorted bottles. A big print of what looks like Vermeer’s “The Little Street” covers one wall, and a framed certificate sits half-buried mid-desk.
The detail fans are zooming in on: a torn piece of an Amazon box taped to the wall. No explanation offered. None needed.
