Tip of the Day: Two Top Gins

John is watching the millennials and the older millennials are… they’re gravitating toward gin as like an after-dinner drink. He thinks they’re gonna end up drinking martinis. So people need to know what a good gin is. 

In the year 2000 Dvorak was a judge at the International Spirits and Wine Tasting Competition. There were two gins vying for best gin–one was Tanqueray N^o Ten (his go to gin) and from Anchor (famous SF beer brewer) spirits division, Junípero.

Dvorak reports that the Tanquery N^o Ten gin ‘is a real killer’ and Junípero which is a very interesting product, because it is just concentrated juniper. It’s incredibly intense, and people should check it out. “You wanna blow away somebody with a martini using this stuff, you got something going on”.
