Tip of the Day: Pumpkin Seed Oil

On a visit to Slovenia, John Dvorak discovered the magic of Pumpkin Seed Oil. It was usually available at the salad bar and is delicious over fresh sliced tomatoes. John shared a tasty recipe of mixing the Pumpkin Seed Oil with a little balsamic vinegar, then you drizzle it over ripe tomatoes. Don’t get the tomatoes at the supermarket, go to your local farmer’s market and get either Ace or Beefsteak tomatoes.
