Tip of the Day: Chili Pepper Institute at New Mexico State University

Listeners and Producers of the No Agenda Show know that John Dvorak is keen on interesting chili peppers, that’s why today’s tip is this fantastic online resource from the Chili Pepper Institute at New Mexico State University.
John C. Dvorak: This is a site, it’s called the “Chile Pepper Institute”, it is run out of New Mexico State University, and they sell over a hundred varieties of hot chile seeds. I think the seeds are pricier than I’d like, around $5 a pack. Lots of scorpion peppers–all kinds of screwball peppers you’ve never had! They claim the seeds are all very viable, so when you plant these seeds they’re gonna grow.
I would recommend planting some chiles. and they have a lot, but not something like the Carolina Reaper, for example. That’s a tough one.
You can find the website here. Click on the store and knock yourself out.
