Ridge Vineyards

During NA 409, Dvorak mentioned that California’s Ridge Vineyards used Argon instead of Nitrogen to displace the oxygen in its wine bottles. Using nitrogen is a common winery practice to reduce oxidization of the wine. It’s also a great idea when you can’t finish a bottle of wine and want it to last more than a few days.
