Did Roseburg Oregon Shooter Post Warning on 4chan?

This chilling post that has been archived, appeared on 4chan last night before a shooter, now identified as 26-year-old Chris Harper Mercer shot and killed 10 people and wounded seven at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon.
