Blue Heirloom Eggs from Costco

John dropped a quick tip while discussing exotic emu and ostrich eggs–get the Heirloom Blue eggs from Costco. We saw these a couple of months ago in our local (West Coast) Costco. Pretty awesome for the money. BTW, Tina Curry reports and, we have confirmed, that Costco now has 24 eggs for only $8.35. We noticed that these ‘cheaper’ eggs have a gorgeous deep yellow yolk – so we’re actually getting better eggs for the money now!
