Tip of the Day: InControl to Prevent Microsoft Updates

Are you sick of your Windows PC constantly reminding you to upgrade to Windows 11? Well, a No Agenda show producer has suggested John Dvorak check out Steve Gibson’s InControl software. Gibson, who you might know from the TWiT podcast, has created this tool to help manage Windows 10’s persistent alerts about upgrading to Windows 11. It seems like most people are content with version 10 and don’t want to be constantly encouraged by Microsoft to upgrade.

InControl is a one-button utility which gives users control over all non-security updates to their Windows 10 and 11 systems.
