Suffragette

Suffragette is a historical period bio pic covering the British women’s suffrage movement of the 1890’s to 1900’s. The film stars the period film standby, Helena Bonham Carer In what Adam called a fantastic PR move, activists from the Sisters Uncut protested at the film’s premiere by laying down on the red carpeting setiting off purple and green smoke bombs.

The film premiered in the UK on October 12, 2015 and is scheduled  for US release on October 23rd, 2015.
