Horse Meat Steaks
While Dvorak played a clip on wild horses being slaughtered by a Navaho tribe, he described the different horse meat dishes he has eaten. One was a specialty horse meat steakhouse. He thought it makes for better tacos. Adam added that it’s been found to be added into many commercial meat products.
