Poutine

Poutine was described by Producer Sam as Canada’s version of Mac ‘n Cheese. Neither Adam nor John knew exactly what it was, which is french fries topped with brown gravy and cheese curds. Looking at Wikipedia’s photos, Adam described it as poop covered in whip cream. The dish originated in Quebec and is popular in Montreal and throughout many parts of Canada. Dvorak further postulated that it was the origin of Nachos since it’s chips (the British name for fries) covered in cheese, so it was created out of a mistranslation

This dish and its variations has risen in popularity and we at No Agenda Entertainment have seen it offered by many places here in Oakland, California.
